Carson beck is a better QB than Mendoza and will have a longer NFL career than him

Mendoza will go to the Raiders and hopefully have a better coach/system in place but unless they really improve their O-Line, he and Jeanty will be below average.  Bowers is the only pass catcher and they will need to increase their depth at WR.  Meyers is a capable backup TE.

Mendoza is accurate but they have an outstanding coach and an incredible O-Line.  He may be running for his life out there like every other Vegas QB this past season.

Beck....eh.  With some work he could start but really depends on the situation.  There arent a lot of QB needy teams this year.  LV and Jets for sure.  
Miami maybe?  They may just ride with Ewers and draft a backup.

Cleveland ?  Depends on the coach.

Cards?  Depends on the coach and if they want to build around Jacoby

So Beck has the luxury of sitting for a year and learning and in the right situation he can improve and maybe start.  But he's not better than Mendoza
