I really can't believe you people.  Bashing someone for one play.  You seriously can't be calling him bad because of his 3-3 record.  That's not a big sample size at all.  Looking at his track record shows something different.  He will rebound.  You clowns need to stop chasing off good cappers... You're all nuts... He's 3-3 and you say he sucks.  If one game is different (he certainly should have won Georgia Tech) then his record is 4-2 and then it's "omfg he's amazing"... Just stop idiots...

I compare this to batting averages in baseball...  If a guy goes 2/10 his average is .200 and people say "man he sucks"... If he goes 3/10 then it's "hey he's pretty good"... What a big difference.

My first post, ever!  I've followed Covers from it's eary days but have never cared about posting.  Now that Covers is hitting the big time with ESPN and seems to be all over the internet it certainly has changed.  One of the main reasons I read this site are guys like Vanzack.  Other longtime posters I follow and enjoy are Rush, Macwesties, badland.  I few I haven't seen lately are golfandgamble and Joanie12.  My point here is guys like Vanzack has made this site worth visiting, for more that his picks.  He provides good insight to the online gambling industry.  With that said you certainly can pick out the adults on here these days.  Otherwise it's shrills for the books (which are easy to spot) and college students that need to be studying instead of writing trash about longtime sports betters.  I've been betting sports for over 35 years and believe me when you're hot you're hot and when you're cold it sucks.  So my point here is what is not going to happen, let's make Covers a productive site with information not crying because you lost your bet, or at least start your own thread about that.  If you have to base your bet on a posters pick here, then I suggest you don't bet.  You're in college to become book smart, let us uneducated teach you street smart!

You guys bashing are gutless turds. Show some class. Going 3-3 in a 6 game run is far from horrible.  WVA rolled over in the second half with 5 turnovers.  Many college teams fold when they do self-defeating things like turning the ball over. They are kids and don't really care if we bet on them or not. I don't know van from Adam, but don't follow his plays if you don't think they are worthy. How old are you guys anyway? Train I have never seen you do this. As much as you post, and I do read your posts, you should understand how annoying the hating is.  Don't go over to the dark side. Be bigger than that!

Thanks for the comments fella's.  I was pulling old names out of the air that don't seem to pop up any longer, maybe one of those were not a good choice.  Still there are plenty of veteran posters here that I respect for their content, not their trash talk.

What a pity!.....I've never posted under Vanzack, but here it's different.   Hell, for a lot of people going 3-3 and breaking even is like winning the World Series.  What if he would have gone 1-5---OH MY!.....It's called maturity and understanding the gambling game.  Vanzack has a great following and that in itself should say something!!!!!!!!!....Gambling is streaks too.  I've seen Vansack on many of them...Being that he went 3 for 3 is but a part of handicapping.....THE ABSOLUTE BEST CAPPERS, OVER THE LONG RUN, DO SLIGHTLY ABOVE 60 PERCENT...Many people do not realize that!..To have someone give us such insightful info. should be highly appreciated...I certainly do appreciate it....Maybe the guys complaining should call one of those $25.00 calls where they give you "both" sides of the game!....Then you can bitch....Here, you pay nothing, just show respect!!

I am OK with Train. He is as valuable to the site as Van. When it comes to picking games, he is more resourceful and I see him doing a bit better than Van lately nothing against Van. It is just the last one month I am looking at.

Train's style might be a bit different but I definitely look at him as a positive resource for this site. I would not want to lose either Van or Train.

If Train would teach the rest of us how to always get such favorable lines, then I'd say make him a moderator of this site.
He NEVER fails to find +3.5 when the rest of the world is only getting 2.

Oh I'm sure they will considering they are a 14 point dog....oh wait, that's right, there are a 3 point favorite and the line holds steady even though 68% action on Wisconsin.

TCU is a complete team, all three phases.  Wisconsin only truly excels on one phase, that is offense.

Typical BCS conference agenda in all these threads.

I was thinking the same.  Picks have been solid lately, and I was always down to check in with them.  But after the utterly ridiculous reasoning behind buying hooks, etc... it's very obvious that Train has had his nice little run, but is def not a capper to check-in with consistently going forward.

Buck the Fashers Van, keep posting those pics.  Too bad about WVU, I was on that side also even before I saw your play.  Posters who bash someone with a 3-3 record on a week's work have no clue.  Even if you were 6-0, it matters not for the NEXT play.  You are not in here touting how great you are, and most people know that.

Anyway, I am with you on MD today, but not on the same side with the later game as I like Illinois.  They can run the ball all day long and Baylor has not shown any ability to do anything about it.  Have not looked at the 3rd game yet, bol with Arizona.

    Van,

What's your take on the Baylor/Illini game?

If this turns out to be a home game for Baylor, I might have to rethink my lean.
