I've never seen anything like this.  Not this many holding penalties for one side and not the other.  He throws the flag way after the plays over, usually if the flag comes it comes fast not after a 12 yard gain than lets throw it after the play has settled.

I am seriously trying to think when I have seen a more poorly played, poorly officiated game at ANY level from Pop Warner to NFL. If I didn't have money on this game I would have turned off the television and read a book about 2 quarters ago.

i dont believe in rigged games. and im on UL monroe - 2 1/2 but these calls are the ONLY reason ul monroe might have a chance at covering and you're right it does make you wonder. maybe i got the right side of the "rig" lmao.
