lol...i was thinking the same thing. but i have absolutely no idea how vandy doesnt whoop their ass in this one.

THat makes no sense at all. Vandy is a team with potential pros on it who is starting to roll. Arky st. is hot garbage. vandy wins tomorrow/

S Carolina wins this game.

S Flor will give ND all they can handle.

Depaul will give SH a game.

Providence can hang with LVille.

SC has won two of the last 3 in the series. 

SC has a much better offense than they had last year when they put up 83 in this exact spot.

SC plays slow.

Vandy was 9-7 in the conference last year.

The only games Vandy was a favorite on the road in the SEC last year was #214 Auburn, #227 LSU, and #116 Mississippi State (where they trailed at the half).

Win or lose, line is probably right.

i wasnt literally comparing vandy and ark st talent wise...just saying i thought both lines looked "too easy"......

Is SC better than Vandy? Probably not. But, if you're looking for a home dog to support, back one that forces turnovers and offensive rebounds exceptionally well, something that Vandy has struggled with.

They're at or near the bottom in college basketball in turning the ball over, and both of SC's main source of offenses is offensive rebounding and forcing turnovers.

I'm not saying SC is going to win, but when you take a bad team at home that can force turnovers and get offensive rebounds, then the home team is the one that's getting extra opportunities to shine on the offensive end which sort of evens things out.

Nropp.... Squares eat up lines like these... The line may be right but it could have been set higher. Win or lose vandy is a sucker bet IMO.

But then again i just remembered that they were a pick at Davidson.

S.Car will give Vandy all they can handle, grabbing them at +4 is the best you will see today so grab it now if you can. I agree with Pappi and NRopp, home dog who can create turnovers vs a team that turns the ball over on a consistent basis. Just have to hope the 3 ball is falling for the cocks....

Yes, that Davidson game was supposed to be a trap game and even though Vandy had a nice lead in the game, I lose that bet if Davidson knockdown a last second open 3 for a Vandy 1 point win (had em at -1.5). Vandy is too unpredictable. Who saw that Marquette blowout coming??? What about the Cleveland and Indiana State losses??? Think i'm just going to avoid them until I get a good feel for them...

The -4 is about right.  This game will be the litmus test for Vandy going forward.  They've lost this exact game in this exact spot 2 years in a row.  If the most experienced team in the country hasn't learned anything since then, they will lose again tonight.  But this team is on a bit of a run since Ezeli came back and they are finally playing like the team that was preseason Top 10.  If they win tonight to keep that run going, the -2.5 opening here is going to be cheapest you'll find them for a while.

I would think Davidson would be more than -3 on a neutral vs. SC, but I agree there's no way I play Vandy tonight

g-dub... U are right.. Vandy was a top 10 team earlier in the season..

Vandy is rolling right now beating up on marquette on the road and south carolina just beat usc upstate by 6... Lol... Sc may not win but candy is sucker as hell.
