 you sound like a person who hasn't watched a game of theirs all season.  You probably forgot they were 24-7, and 22-3 to finish out the season. I guess we can forgive you because you have some memory problems. 

Also Indiana state should be in the field. I think they got it wrong this year. We got Howard , Wagner, Grambling, and Montana state all getting chances in the play in games.. Seems like a problem when you are leaving out quality teams.

I agree with you.  They win regular season and beat FAU.  Plus shocked Michigan State in the dance.

losing by 6 on the road isn't a kicking genius. Maybe check your math and come back to reality poncho.

 S Florida should have gotten in over FAU....FAU lost to Bryant/Florida Gulf Coast as -23+ fave's - Quad 4 losses..If u think Maine is bad...those 2 are bad.......Lost to Temple yesterday.... Did not even win the regular season conference for such a weak conference....They have 1 good win all season...and that is AZ.....not sure how they have a high NET ranking..Its BS...

Virginia, Clemson, Dayton, Virginia all should have not gotten in.

Virginia not getting in, twice as you wrote, I agree with!

Clemson was never not in the tourney and they should be in; they dropped a couple of slots with their last two losses, but going into today they were a solid #7 seed.

While i am not a Florida Atlantic fan at all, and you raise very valid pts, i will ask you to come up with just one independent source that says South Florida is better than FAU

KenPom has FAU 41, S FLA 89.

i agree i think s. fla should have gotten at least a play in game seed especially over mich state. mich state only gets in becuz of izzo and the committee is about money who will draw more fans its always been that way

They had a bad starting lineup early in the season which cost them as they started out bad. Committee doesn't care about those details so it happens and those bad losses out of conference with the shitty lineup early in eason messed up their resume and how they are viewed. It was a fair assessment when considering those losses. 

Here is the teams South Florida manhandles in the tournament. "Atleast" half of the play in teams +these below

Long Beach, Dayton, Akron, Texas, South Carolina, Samford, TCU, Western Kentucky, Oakland, Vermont, Stetson, FAU, Yale, Morehead st, South Dakota state, Mississippi st, and everyone's favorite College of freakin Charleston who plays in a far weaker conference, and lost to Towson and Wilmington on their home floor. Case closed as far as I'm concerned.. USF has shooters all over the floor, and play great defense. They were a possible cinderella story.

 90-86, South Florida wins H to H. But KenPom is more important? Listen, I understand why they didn't get in but they are definitely one of the best 50 teams in the country. With all the automatic qualifiers from the tournament championships and then the upsets on top of that South Florida was doomed without a conference Championship. I live in Tampa Bay and I love what they did for the basketball community here. But go Heels, my team and I have them at +1750 to win it all.

Here's the problem with the committee.. Just get the best teams in the tournament, and stop worrying so much about numbers, and all of this nonsense.. I don't even disagree too much with the snubbing of the Big East teams, but the fact of the matter is St. Johns is better than many of these teams also, and for some reason they are left out of the tournament, and we have to contend with the Howards and Wagners of the world? Doesn't make any sense to me.

 I hear you but then we have the St. Peters of the world who only 2 years ago knocked off #2 seed Kentucky and #1 seed Purdue to reach the Elite 8. What do you say to them? I know what they'd say, give us a chance to play someone else, we don't know let's find out, we might do better than you think.

 SFla turned it on towards the end of the season and dominated some teams in their conference - thought they could win the conference tournament but they didn't.   Just like VCU they are out and can't really make an argument for either team.

 St. John's just lost by FIVE points to the BEST TEAM in America. UConn may not see a five point game again until the Elite 8. The Johnnies got hosed!
