I won 2K on the Super Bowl. I've put 4400 on 5dimes before but have never gotten paid out. I've sent my ID, license, cell phone bill, & authorization form 4-5 times via Iphone/email. And they still say they don't have it. It's such a damn hassle to get paid out on there. My 2K check was denied. I've literally sent my info to certification@5dimes.eu 5 times. So f*cking annoying. Sick of being given the runaround by these off-shore books. Thought they were legit.
So tilted right now so I have a 9 team 10 points teaser tonight. Probably a long shot but I don't care. I like it. Butler +4 vs St Johns Wisconsin -5.5 vs Indiana Indiana State +16 vs Northern Iowa St Louis +10 vs St Josephs Miami Florida +14.5 vs Louisville Vandy +12.5 vs Florida Depaul +12.5 vs Seton Hall Cuse -1.5 vs VT Illinois -1 vs Rutgers
1000 to win 2700.
Terrible odds really. Why did I bet this?

Why should they pay out when they know you're coming right back with a 9 team teaser ? They know who they're dealing with. Sorry if you're looking for a pat on the back, but you don't deserve it.

Do yourself a favor and line up all the required paperwork and payout information so that when the time comes for you to collect some winnings, you won't be put into a situation where the book is delaying and slowing you down in hopes you start playing 9 game teasers.

it does'nt matter what he bets or how he bets if the man won he deserves to get paid what the hell are you talking about getty3 .
In theory I agree with you. But much of what he says is contradictory. And continuing to bet without a resolution to getting paid is a recipe for disaster.

I deserve paid I've filled out all my $hit and have sent it to them multiple times. I haven't dealt with this BS with any other book. No problem putting money on but a problem getting it back. It's backwards. They should make you do this before you even put money on. Indiana State is gonna screw me. Idk why I took them. And Indiana shot 72% from 3 in the first half. Gonna have to bet UNI 2nd half to hedge. Wish the MFs would just pay me gonna cost me huge.. .. .

Yeah, I have gotten the runaround by 5Dimes before.
My phone number changed so I needed to update it on the account as to avoid any future potential hassles. At some books you can simply go to your account information and change your phone number. 5Dimes made me email them the same information that already appears online with them (account number, account password, name, address, birthday, old phone number, new phone number) as well as my driver's license.
I got an email at 6 a.m. from them saying the phone number had been updated on the account. Given my past experiences with them, I wanted to double-check. Sure enough, that night they said they had no record of me ever emailing them my account information and driver's license and thus my phone number had not been changed. I had to email the information an additional two times, and again, this was after I received an email saying everything was updated.
So it seems like everything usually takes me 3+ times when dealing with 5Dimes, but it has always eventually worked out in the end. Guess I should be happy they are so thorough, but it is frustrating when they keep telling you they have no record of your emails and I know I sent them because I always cc myself. I have always wanted to know if they intentionally give you the runaround if you start calling or chatting online with them (just to start messing with you) or if the number of steps they take varies from customer to customer.

I won a Super Bowl prop bet on five dimes that they say was a loser . It was a Effen winner . I'm in the "process" of taking my money out of that account as well. I'm cutting my losses and going elsewhere. F them.
