Clemson's PJ Hall's status is worth monitoring. He is their best player.  If he is indeed out tonight Clemson could get throttled and that line will more than likely to shoot up a couple points.

My bet has been in for hours. 

My system will beat the closing line many more times than not. That's very very important to lots of professionals. It's important to me as well but I don't view it as the end all be all in sports wagering.

I've created an automated system, using 2 sets of Power Rankings, to produce a Power Number. What I'm doing here is simply pulling the Top 2 Power Numbers each day, that meet a certain set of criteria. Meaning I have filters in place that will eliminate plays.

Sorry another noob question.

Isn't -1 and -1.5 the same thing? 

I see kings puckline at -1.5 +120. The alternative puckline, like stated by op is -1 -130.

Don't both of these bets mean Kings have to win by more than 1 goal?

 -1 and they win by 1 goal and its a push so you only lose the vig, -1.5 and they win by 1 its a loss, -1.5 they have to win by 2, which is why the odds are more attractive.

if your book allows for alt lines then you can get -1 for whatever the juice is (will be better than ML and worse than PL @ -1.5).

If your book doesn't have alt lines then you can create it for yourself by betting both the ML and PL.

You also can bet the 3-way ML where the team has to win in regulation. The juice is better than straight ML. Sometimes it's useful to bet that on a heavy favorite and lay much less juice.
