Marquette Golden Eagles -18

via CBS:
Winthrop (0-2) has been outscored by an average of 32.8 points in losing four straight games to Top 25 opponents.

lot of points but...
marquette can score at will-
this could get ugly by the end of first half, they are a very hungry team.

im batting about 60-70% last couple days on hoops thanks to some good capping by fellow covers members

Line does look short at -18

My only concern is Marquette taking their foot off the gas when they get the lead because they will potentially be playing 3 games in 4 days during the tourney. They'll be going to the bench early and often and the team will likely be looking ahead to their next game vs. Ole Miss or Drake. 

But Winthrop is just awful so all that probably won't matter.

I hope you are right. I'm on Mar -10 for first half. Just noticed that Winthrop played Virginia closer then final score indicates. Virginia ended game on 24-5 run. Hopefully the Golden Eagles come out hot!

was getting nervous about the over 1st h, at the 10 min mark total was at 40 then they went ice cold
