I don't think it's legal in all states in the USA , I don't think you can have a book in in some states but it was ok to bet horses for some reason , but now that it's legal to "gamble" I think that you can now use the phone or your computer to make a wager without the fear of the Government taking your money. I'm not sure how there going to do things about crossing state lines in the legal world now.
