? to covers

You guy's had a line out for days I think Sas and maybe Edm at -1.5 , so the 1st part of the ? would be (who and if it's someone from covers why change it) or how did you get that number (are you talking to books) but when the line comes out you change your line to the books. You can't bet through covers can you? So why don't you leave what you guys had for a line? Just wondering. Thanks
