The 2018 NFL regular season schedule has been released and Las Vegas oddsmakers wasted little time posting game odds for the Week 1. The Westgate Superbook in Vegas put up spreads and totals for all 16 games in the first week of the season.

The regular season begins on Thursday Sept. 6 when the Atlanta Falcons visit the reigning Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles. Oddsmakers list the Eagles as 3.5-point favorites with the total set at 47.5.

Defending Super Bowl champion teams are 11-6-1 against the spread in Week 1 of the following regular season although the Kansas City Chiefs blew the doors off the New England Patriots in Week 1 last year and easily covered as 7.5-point underdogs.

Here’s how it looks:

The Green Bay Packers are the biggest favorites on the board as 9-point home chalk against the Chicago Bears on Sunday Night Football. The Cheeseheads are 7-3 straight up and against the spread with Aaron Rodgers as their starting quarterback in Week 1 games.

The Bears are 10-25-1 ATS in their last 36 matchups against their arch rivals and enter the season with second-year QB Mitch Trubisky leading the offense and rookie head coach Matt Nagy calling the shots.

The Cleveland Browns are getting 7.5 points in Week 1 and rightfully earn the distinction as the largest home underdog with the Pittsburgh Steelers coming to the Dawg Pound. Cleveland is 4-44 SU and 13-34-1 ATS over the last three seasons. The Steelers beat the Browns 21-18 their home opener in 2017 but failed to cover as 10-point faves.

The largest Over/Under line on the board is 52.5 for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and New Orleans Saints. New Orleans averaged the fourth-most points per game (28) last season while the Bucs allowed the ninth-most points. The two teams combined for 54 points in their Week 17 matchup last season.

Two games share title for lowest total on the Week 1 board at 42 points: Buffalo Bills at Baltimore Ravens, and Seattle Seahawks at Denver Broncos. Head to our NFL scores and matchups page to see line history, betting trends and more details on all the Week 1 games.
