Satou Sabally has been excellent to start her first season with the Phoenix Mercury, as she leads the team in points and rebounds. She’s averaging career highs in both categories with 19.9 points and 8.5 boards, both Top 10 marks in the W.
Sabally’s rebound total is set at just 7.5, making it an attractive line. She’s corralled 7.5 boards per game at home compared to 10 on the road, and she's pulled down at least eight rebounds in all five of her games outside of PHX Arena. In Wednesday’s win over the Sun, she pulled down a season-high 15 boards.
The New York Liberty have allowed the third-most rebounds per game this season — including the most offensive boards — making this a favorable matchup for Sabally as she battles Breanna Stewart and her sister Nyara down low.
The Mercury rank eighth in pace, but the Liberty rank first, making this a pace-up spot for the visitors.
