UNLV @ Boise State preview

Last Meeting ( Nov 5, 2011 ) Boise State 48, UNLV 21
Boise State has its eye on a BCS bowl and seeks its sixth consecutive victory when it hosts Nevada-Las Vegas on Saturday. The No. 22 Broncos aren’t the offensive juggernauts they have been in recent seasons and have ridden their defense to five consecutive wins. Boise State is ranked 22nd in the first BCS standings of the season, the highest placement of any non-BCS program. UNLV has lost three consecutive games after blowing a 21-point lead and losing to Nevada last week. The Rebels have lost 18 consecutive road games dating back to 2009.
