Boston College @ Michigan State Picks & Props
BC vs MSU Picks
NCAAF Picks
Dylan Lonergan is new at pivot for BC, and he looked good throwing for four TD’s against Fordham, but, it’s Michigan State’s performance that seems likely more replicable from they met a year ago. They held Western Michigan to 188 yards passing, and just 29 yards on the ground. The Spartans’ ground game was good, running for 186 yards and two scores, but Aidan Chiles threw for just 155 and a TD. Michigan State’s defense should muck this one up.

These are two bad offensive lines, and in 2025, a pair of bad offensive lines is reason enough to take an Under, particularly while still north of a key number like 45.

Neither of these rosters can be considered of quality, but Michigan State has a better long-term growth plan via Jonathan Smith and quarterback Aidan Chiles. That combination sets up the Spartans far better than anything on Boston College's ledger, and Chiles should lead the way as a short home favorite.
