Seeds Question - CBI

In the CBI, GWU has to travel to 16-18 UIC, does any one have a list of the seeds?  I like to know where they might play on WED depending on outcomes tonight.

Teams have to pay to host a home game, so there aren't really any seeds.  

Buffalo was invited and declined (and probably some other teams too), because the CBI is a money-loser.
