Double up your wager on the Lakers. Who cares what the price will be. The lakers will win at least 1 more game on the road. Going up 3-2 back at home. No possible way Kobe loeses 2 in a row at home. No possible way the Lakers lose the series.

Do the right thing, double your series bet on the Lakers. Then you will go from losing your bet to a winning bet. Thank me later

Yea man I love the Celtics but you are 100% correct. Even if Lakers were down 3-2, game 6 they would kill the Celtics and Game 7 they would get all the calls from the refs even if it was close. Im def thinking about doing it. Plus the "Big 3" from the Celtics are sooo inconsistant. Your lucky if 2 of them come to play on one night haha

come on dude. i'm HUGE on the Lakers and I'm not even crazy enough to think like that. Let's be very realistic here. In all honesty, I believe the Celts win game 4, but lose 5 & 6. Look out for the Celtics next game. If you want the Lakers, wait till they lose again.

Im hoping it goes to 7 games so I can put $2k on the Lakers + the points since I have the Celtics for the series for $2k.

Why not just Bet every Game for LAL...? Better Price & if win, will be over 6pts...

Wow...from -140 LAL to -325 ((2-1)).....Great!

i'm going to do a little test... your way vs. my way...

 

the scenario:  i have 2 units on Boston to win the series at (+170)

your way:  throw up my hands in defeat after 3 games, take the loss, and bet 7 units on LA to win back my 2 units i stand to lose... potential wins:  0... potential loss:  -3.6 units

my way:  dig in, knowing LA has been gift-wrapped 2 games by the refs (ANYONE who doesn't see this shouldn't be talking basketball), and that Boston will be like a jockey that has had the weights taken off... BET MORE on Boston... 1 more unit at (+310)... making my total bet 3 units at (+217) average... potential wins:  6.5 units... potential loss:  3 units

 

now, with your method, once i make that bet i am stuck... there is no way to further hedge or gain value on that bet... with my method, there are still 4 games to play... if Boston wins 4 and 5 (which they will), LA will be back to a pick em heading into game 6...
