Sorry I am not trusting the report of a family physician. Zimmerman and his family are still saying the screams in the police call are Zimmerman even though forensic experts say it is a child's voice screaming for help.
If Zimmerman had all of those ailments he would not have refused to be checked out by medical personnel and EMC. He instead goes to a family physician the day after knowing he needed some evidence that would show self defense.
Don't think for one second he didnt consult his father and legal advice before going to his family physician for a check up.
So far the facts known are Zimmerman stalked Trayvon and followed him when instructed by police dispatch to not approach or follow the individual. Zimmerman forced Trayvon into a fight or flight natural response (as Trayvon felt he was in danger after being followed and chased). Zimmerman was the one who initiated and led to the incident occurring by disobeying police dispatchers advice to not approach. Trayvon was eventually shot and killed while being unarmed on a public street.
There is still facts and information that will come and be released. I would rather wait for everything. I still think Zimmerman deserves to be charged with manslaughter (2nd degree seems over the top unless this is more information that is sealed that will show 2nd degree intent). You cant be playing cops and robbers adn taking the law into your own hands when it is not on your property and the person you profile is not breaking any laws.
