I make this number New York Giants +2, so there's value here. It's mostly about price. You're getting an underdog in a matchup where I don't see much separation, especially with New York at home.
The Minnesota Vikings have built-in volatility. They've been shaky on third downs and turnover-prone, and that profile is scary on the road, even with the confidence boost from last week.
You're also still dealing with real variance at quarterback with J.J. McCarthy. The Cowboys' win was a big step forward, but his overall arc has been uneven.
It would not be surprising if it's followed by a stretch of inconsistent play, particularly if the Vikings get pushed behind the sticks and into obvious passing downs.
New York's defense is at least competent in the down-to-down areas that keep underdogs alive. They can force longer drives and make you earn it. Offensively, the Giants have a straightforward way to attack this.
Quick-game rhythm throws, condensed formations, and play-action can punish aggressive fronts. We've seen enough of that approach from them over the last few weeks to believe it can show up again here.

I started my same-game parlay with Dart under 32.5 rush yards. Anecdotally, I feel like the rhetoric surrounding Dart's injuries will lead to a more conservative approach from him at the end of the season.
In addition, the Vikings have done a good job of slowing down QB runs this season. If he isn't extending drives with his legs, it supports the under 43.5 because fewer broken plays usually mean fewer explosives and shorter possessions.
