The 6-1 Indianapolis Colts continue to prove they are no fluke, and they'll get to face a bad defense on Sunday, October 26, when they host the 1-6 Tennessee Titans.

My early Titans vs. Colts predictions and NFL picks expect Indianapolis to dominate this matchup for a second time this season.

Titans vs Colts predictions

Here are our early thoughts on the spread and total for this week’s game. We will have a full game preview (with a best bet and SGP) later in the week.

Early Titans vs Colts spread pick: Colts -14.5

These teams met back in Week 3 in Nashville where the Indianapolis Colts won 41-20. The Tennessee Titans had a decent offensive showing in that game, but they could do absolutely nothing to stop the Colts.

Things are unlikely to change this week, with the Titans ranking 29th defensively in stopping runs inside the tackles, and Indianapolis ranking first in that category. There is no way Tennessee will be able to contain Jonathan Taylor without going all-in on stuffing the box.

However, if the Titans do stuff the box, Daniel Jones and the passing offense will light them up since they also rank dead last in defending quick passes in the NFL.

It will be a long Sunday for the Titans, and the Colts will likely find themselves around 40+ points again.

Early Titans vs Colts total pick: Over 46.5

The Week 3 matchup had 61 points. I won’t necessarily expect a repeat performance from Tennessee, but the Colts are still going to be around the 40’s themselves against this bad defense.

Indianapolis scored at least 29 points in every game this season except its lone loss at the Los Angeles Rams, where it had two touchdowns lost because of bad plays by Adonai Mitchell.

The Colts defense is also banged up in the secondary, and they've been struggling to stop the pass in recent weeks. They allowed 391 yards passing last week to the Chargers and 312 yards through the air two weeks ago to the Cardinals.

Cam Ward has started to find a little bit of his footing in the NFL with at least 222 yards passing in each of his past three games. The Titans will do just enough here to hit the Over despite likely getting blown out on the road.
