Division rivals square off for a Super Bowl berth on Sunday, with the Seattle Seahawks hosting the Los Angeles Rams in the NFC Championship Game.
These NFC West foes clashed at Lumen Field just a month ago, and my Rams vs. Seahawks player props expect similar performances from Matthew Stafford and Kenneth Walker III.
Here are my best free NFL picks for January 25.
Rams vs Seahawks props for the NFC Championship Game
| Player | Pick | |
|---|---|---|
| Over 35.5 pass attempts | -113 | |
| Over 85.5 rushing yards | -114 | |
| Over 24.5 receiving yards | -114 |

Matthew Stafford Over 35.5 passing attempts (-113)
The Los Angeles Rams are led by MVP favorite Matthew Stafford, who is coming off a season in which he led the league in passing yards (4,707) and touchdowns (46).
Considering the Seattle Seahawks boast an elite run defense, a pass-heavy game script looms for Stafford. When these teams last met in December, he completed 29-of-49 passes for 457 yards.
While Seattle may limit explosive plays downfield, Stafford should still throw at a high volume. That has me backing the Over 35.5 attempts, with the L.A. quarterback throwing 38+ passes in six straight games.
Kenneth Walker III Over 85.5 rushing yards (-114)
Kenneth Walker III rushed for 1,027 yards on 221 carries during the regular season despite splitting touches with Zach Charbonnet, who logged 184 carries. With Charbonnet tearing his ACL in the divisional round, Walker became a workhorse and rumbled for 116 yards.
The Rams have struggled to defend the run lately, allowing 160 rushing yards to Chicago last week and surrendering 219 yards on the ground in Week 17.
When these teams clashed in Week 16, Walker rushed for 100 yards on just 11 carries, with Charbonnet adding 32 yards on nine attempts.
Colby Parkinson Over 24.5 receiving yards (-114)
Rams tight end Colby Parkinson surged late in the season, recording 25+ receiving yards in eight of the final nine weeks while averaging 41.7 yards per game over that span.
That rise was partly fueled by Tyler Higbee’s six-game absence, but Parkinson has continued to command a strong target share since Higbee returned in Week 18. In the divisional round, Parkinson out-snapped Higbee 53-8 and caught three of seven targets for 57 yards.
Seattle has also struggled to contain tight ends, ranking 27th in the league in receiving yards per game (63.3) allowed to the position.
