Best NBA Player Props Today for December 17: Hard to Randle

Julius Randle has been a consistent scoring presence for the Timberwolves, and with Anthony Edwards listed as questionable, the veteran forward may be leaned on even more.

Prop #1: Darius Garland Under 20.5 points

-110 at bet365

Darius Garland is having a bit of a down campaign for the Cleveland Cavaliers. After averaging 20.6 points per game last season, he’s averaging just 15.5 this season. But he’s only played 11 games, so there’s still lots of time for the guard to find his best once again.

That being said, he’s cashed the Under in points in four of his last six appearances, only scoring over 20 points twice during that span. Garland is averaging 16 PPG on the road in 2025-26.

This total is too high for my liking, and I see tremendous value in the Under tonight.

Prop #2: Kevin Huerter Over 1.5 threes

+100 at bet365

Kevin Huerter is known for his ability to shoot the triple. Although he’s draining just 31% of his attempts from downtown this season, the guard has been much better at home, where the Chicago Bulls will host the Cavs tonight.

The Maryland product is averaging 2.1 makes on 5.2 attempts per game for a 40.4% clip at the United Center compared to just 1.1 makes on the road. He’s cashed the Over in treys in two of his last three games as well, most recently going 4-for-8 from beyond the arc on Sunday in a loss to the New Orleans Pelicans.

Also, Huerter was 2-for-4 from 3-point territory against Cleveland earlier this season. He’ll find a rhythm from deep.

Prop #3: Julius Randle Over 22.5 points

-115 at bet365

Julius Randle has been one of the best storylines in the league. He’s really stepped up his play to another level as Anthony Edwards’ co-star, averaging 23.1 points, 7.3 rebounds, and 5.8 assists.

The veteran has comfortably hit the Over in points in four of his last five, scoring 24 and 27, respectively, in his previous two outings. Edwards is also questionable tonight against Memphis, which means more opportunities for Randle.

He’s averaging 23.8 PPG at home, and Minnesota welcomes the Memphis Grizzlies to the Target Center.
