Prop #1: Trae Young Over 23.5 points
The Atlanta Hawks take on the Orlando Magic tonight as they look to bounce back from a season-opener loss to the Toronto Raptors. Trae Young didn’t play particularly well in that contest, scoring just 22 points on 35% shooting from the field.
But there’s reason to believe he’ll be much better this evening.
Last season, the guard averaged 28.3 ppg across three meetings with the Magic. He’s the main man in this Hawks offense, and the track record against Orlando is certainly impressive.
Expect a more efficient night from Young.

Prop #2: Gary Trent Jr. Over 2.5 threes
Gary Trent Jr. has been a solid 3-point shooter for years, and he started the 2025-26 campaign in impressive fashion. The veteran was 5-for-11 from downtown in a win over the Washington Wizards.
Last season, he averaged 2.5 makes per night for a 41.6% clip.
The Milwaukee Bucks are in Toronto tonight to face the Raptors, so it will be a revenge game for Trent Jr, who spent 3.5 seasons with the franchise. He has a hot hand after draining five triples the other night, and I’ll take Trent Jr. to keep it rolling against his ex-team.

Prop #3: Jaylen Brown Under 5.5 assists
The Boston Celtics will need Jaylen Brown to step up his playmaking with the absence of Jayson Tatum, who is rehabbing a torn Achilles. But he’s never been an elite facilitator, and Brown’s total tonight is too high for my liking.
The California product cashed the Under in the season opener, dishing out just four assists in a loss to the Philadelphia 76ers. Brown also averaged just 4.5 dimes per night in the 2024-25 campaign.
He’ll face the New York Knicks tonight, and Brown had a mere 2.8 dimes per contest against them last season. They will keep Brown at bay as a playmaker.
