Netflix MVP MMA best bets
Ronda Rousey vs Gina Carano
Best pick: Rousey by submission (63%/-170)
"Rousey’s clearest path to victory is a familiar one: immediate pressure, clinch entries, and fast submissions.
Carano’s long inactivity and likely diminished footwork make it difficult to imagine her consistently defending takedowns or surviving prolonged grappling exchanges.
Unless Rousey uncharacteristically elects to strike instead of grapple, she should be able to rush Carano down, secure top position, and finish the fight quickly with a submission."

Nate Diaz vs Mike Perry
Best pick: Perry by decision (29%/+245)
"The toughness and durability Diaz is known for isn’t something he can fall back on this late in his career against a sharper, mobile striker.
Perry’s pressure and speed will quickly make their mark on the plodding Diaz, who will be marked up in short order. Ironically, Diaz’s best chance to win is if Perry treats this as an MMA fight and tries to shoot for takedowns, which won’t be necessary."

Francis Ngannou vs Philipe Lins
Best pick: Under 1.5 rounds (57%/-133)
"It’s no secret what Francis Ngannou’s approach in MMA is; he is a tremendous puncher who has finished his last 10 wins by knockout, including nine inside the first round.
He doesn't just like to separate his opponents from consciousness, but he likes to do it as quickly as possible.
This approach doesn’t bode well for opponent Philipe Lins, who has been finished inside the distance in four of his five career losses, including three knockouts or TKOs in the very first round.
You could play it safe and take Ngannou anytime knockout, but given the history of both fighters, it’s safe to say this fight doesn’t get over the 1.5 rounds mark."
