The Minnesota Twins host the Kansas City Royals on Saturday afternoon in second of a three-game set.

My Royals vs. Twins predictions are targeting Twins slugger Ty France to tee off against a familiar foe in my best MLB picks on Saturday, May 24.

Royals vs Twins prediction

My Royals vs Twins best bet: Ty France Over 1.5 hits + runs + RBI (-110 at DraftKings)

The Minnesota Twins have enjoyed life at Target Field this season. They're 17-7 at home as opposed to 11-15 on the road to keep them in the thick of the AL Central.

Veteran starter Michael Wacha is set to take the mound on Saturday for the Kansas City Royals. Twins first baseman Ty France has tormented the righthander throughout his career.

In 22 at-bats against Wacha, France is batting .500 with a slugging percentage of .864. He has five singles, five doubles, and one home run against the righthander.

France is swinging the bat well right now after hitting his fourth home run of the season on Friday night. He’s now gone Over 1.5 hits + runs + RBI in back-to-back games and four of his last five for a 52% hit rate on the season. That goes up to 57% at home thanks to 2+ HRR in eight of his last 10 contests at Target Field.

France usually hits in the middle of the Twins' lineup, giving himself plenty of opportunities to pick up some RBI or score himself if he gets on base. He's batting .253 with 19 runs and 26 RBI in 48 games this season.

Royals vs Twins same-game parlay (SGP)

Ty France 2+ total bases

Twins moneyline

Under 8

Ty France has six extra-base hits in 22 at-bats against Wacha in his career, and there’s always the chance he picks this up with two singles throughout the game.

The Royals, much like the Twins, struggle on the road with an 11-15 record as opposed to 17-9 at home. Both Minnesota (29-17) and Royals (34-17) also trend toward the Under this season.
