The 2026 MLB All-Star Game takes place tonight at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia, and I'm taking a look at the All-Star Game predictions for this highly anticipated matchup.
My MLB picks will focus on Ben Rice from the American League and Kyle Schwarber from the National League.
All-Star Game MVP predictions
Ben Rice
New York Yankees star Ben Rice has been smashing baseballs all season, and he comes into the ASG red-hot. The slugger is batting .423 over his last six games with a .654 ISO and an astounding 68.4% hard-hit rate.
This may be Rice's first All-Star appearance, but he couldn't be swinging it better right now. Additionally, he also has a barrel rate over 30% across the last week. He's also performed well against lefties, posting a 134 wRC+, and he'll face Cristopher Sanchez tonight in the first inning, at the very least.
Rice's MVP odds sit around +3000 at traditional sportsbooks, so there's immense value with Polymarket's inflated number.
Kyle Schwarber
Kyle Schwarber will have all of Philadelphia behind him this evening, and that usually helps a player in the All-Star Game. Schwarber is starting at DH for the National League, and he's also swinging it well right now.
The veteran sports a 42.9% hard-hit rate and 21.4% barrel rate over his last seven games, and, for what it's worth, he's homered twice off AL starter Dylan Cease in just 13 at-bats.
Schwarber also thrives at Citizens Bank Park. 19 of his bombs have been there, and he has a .393 home ISO compared to a .230 mark on the road.
These odds will shift constantly throughout the day, so get the best price you can.
