what if palins website manager had chosen to use 'X's instead of cross hairs, would this even be an issue?

I agree, medical science has a long ways to go. Regardless though, we will never be able to help or save all those out there who need it. Even if we put ppl on meds, they stop taking the meds and their world turns to hell and they can no longer distinguish what reality is. The shooting is just a sad, tragic event and it happens ALOT around the world that someone goes off the deep end or finally decides to do something fucked up

lords - agree with your last sentence & wasn't neccessarily relating the brain work being done with this case and/or the shooter. Just that as a society we need keep researching & exploring areas that can help individuals with all kinds of problems, particularly children & young folks

With all of the anti-bush crap that was going on during his presidency, I was suprised hat some mentally ill person did not believe in their mind that they were doing the right thing with an assassination...
