If you've asking yourself - what happened to Houston? I think I have the answer. Many of might raise an eyebrows, but despite that my answer will stay. Houston Rockets are the most popular team in Asian market NBA tries so hard to develop. They have been delivering on that fantastically until one day the books woke up and protested against the team who covers without stopping. That is an impossible thing in NBA league and Bookmaker's cooperation. You can not have a team that covers game after a game after a game. So what happens? The Rockets start to lose ATS and SU altogether game after game and after losing more than 5 SU and ATS - they're still are 21-20-1 ATS. Unbelievable. Charlotte also lost 4 in a row ATS. All those vague things make me to stay out of this game altogether and wait until Houston wins the first game after a drought before I'll ride them again.

Correction - I'd lean on Under in Charlotte as the line drop is more than 3 points below the LVSC line adjusted by the books. My other leans with the same methodology are Minnesota, Sixers and the Nets.

Hey so I made a thread about it in the NHL forum but didnt get any help. I was just wondering, do you guys think that reverse line movement in hockey is worth taking a look at? i know in nba and nfl it seems to be a good angle to cap with, but what about hockey?

Hey guys have a question why did the NO line open at 5.5 & besides heavy backing from "joe public" it's goes up to -6.5 Is this a trick or can the kings make it game.. So frustrating

Like Mavin has said before underdogs rule the day usually on Mondays, and hopefully it continues here.
Ind has shooting well, and usually matchups up well with other defensive teams. 6 points is a lot in a defensive game.
Sac. will be up for this one i think to finish with a winning road trip. and N.O. has made it clear they are not good enough to be a big home favorite.
Brk is better in the paint, already beat the Knicks once. Should be a close one so I will take the points. Knicks have had quite a layoff and they Boston on deck too.
Char has been much better lately, and houston has not. Have to fade houston until they get out of their funk.
Spurs are playing 3 game in 4 nights, and 4th in 6 nights. Probably wearing down a little and ready to be back home. Philly has rest and points on their side.
Ty and gl to all...
I got it locked in for an underdog Monday
Ind +6
Sac +7
Brk +4
Char +6.5
Phi +6.5

Didn't play Min-Atl because Min has too many injuries, and Atl can't be trusted to cover 8 points. So play for me, if I did play it would be Minny with the points.

I was thinking the knicks where a good play because they are a streaky team and have won 2 of 3 against the nets- have won two in a row- I say they start a streak but not quite sure yet. As for the spurs they have a very good bench so I don't know how much fatigue plays into this. Then again I only won 2 games yesterday- SF and Dallas-

Just a quick observation. Been keeping tallies of discreet trends over the past week. Noticed that underdogs win/cover most of the time during weekends, just like last night. Monday last week, I also noticed that all the favorites, except MIA, won and covered. Hmmm. Any thoughts on this would be very appreciated. :)

yeah, but the favorites lost on saturday that week with miami being only winner and on monday being only loser. i remember you and mavin conversing on that, so what it is basically that it never is "always" right?

My two early leans are Indiana +7 and New Orleans -6. I see an NO team that will bounce back off the Gstate game. I think that was a product of returning home off the road trip. I like them to take care of the Kings who are in their final game of a road trip and heading home.
Indiana +7 just seems too much here. The idea of the top two defensive teams playing with a 7 point margin, I will take the points with confidence. Indiana should own the edge on the glass and think this game stays close throughout.

Then why didnt the books do the same last year, when SAS covered how many games? around 20?
Maybe the problem is just the schedule? 4 games in 5 days / 8 in 12 / 5 B2B in 15 days? With all the travelling?
