Circa Super Contest - Collaborative

Revisiting an idea that was floated in the fall about having a handful of fellow members join forces and make a run at this contest and/or quarterly prizes.

A total of five members do their own handicapping and post their 5 picks here. 

Whenever there is a consensus of 3 members on one play, it becomes one of the 5 picks.

Something a little different to bring some fun, interesting, and productive discussions to the group.

It's $1,000 for the entry chopped 5 ways is $200 plus the cost of a proxy.  I'll be headed down in the next month or so to get my other entries registered and golf.  

For the mods, I did scan the forums rules and believe everything thus far is within guidelines.  I am not sure how to coordinate since messaging is gone, but we'll see what sort of interest there is and cross that bridge later.

Hopefully everyone is as excited for the schedule release and upcoming season.

 I do this with a group, but it’s very hard to get a consensus if you have a day job or children. The injury posting time and confusion with AI-aggregator fake news creates short timeframes to make decisions by. I would advise just skipping consensus and agreement, and everyone just submit a pick with 2-3 backup picks.

I am considering doing my own entry this year with a proxy. Prob won’t do it this year, but can finally afford it. I think I’ll splurge on a few more football-related items (ex: need an SmartTv for the war room) and do my own entry next year.
