1st half, 2nd half OVER UNDER theory - all tourney long

So if the first half of a college tourny game does not go under for 1000, what is your second half bet going to be?  Little confusion on whether your going under, or with your old school over bet?

But I'm a little confused. Are you posting individual team unders/overs and then doubling up on THAT team in the 2nd half?

Or are you strictly doing combined team over/unders?
