The Clippers currently have one of the worst benches in the league (and it only got worse, if that's even possible, with the Austin Rivers trade), and that is why their starters are so minute-heavy.
In fact, the question you asked in post #1313 proves it. Doc doesn't even have an adequate replacement for Jordan even in the face of him missing every free throw from here to tim-buck-too.
Even worse, the single best bench in the league is owned by...the Spurs.

So let's discuss the Clippers because now you did the good 'ol troll "wait until the game is over and see if I win" before you said anything.
#1 You do know I said nothing of your pick. I said part of your analysis was completely false, so much so, I'm concerned about you betting on the NBA, or the Clippers at least.
I made that comment during a tie game and didn't care if you won or lost. I could wait until the end of the game to say something (like you) but in my case, I still would have said the same at the beginning or the end of the game. I guess I have to spell that out in more detail after I say "That is all". But that has always been the case on this site.
#2 Why do you think like this: "I said the Clippers are deep and I won my bet" ergo "I must be right about the Clippers being deep"?
You sound like the guy who pushes all in with Ace-10 offsuit against pocket Kings after semi-bluff shoving, hitting an ace on the river and then gloating as you rake in the pot.
The analysis was poor.
Further, you follow it up with even more falsehoods.
You say: I figure with Crawford, Big baby and Barnes there bench is decent surprised you disagree.
You do know Barnes is a starter right? So you are giving credit to a 'bench' that doesn't even exist with that member.
You do know Glen Davis averages 3.6 points 2 rebounds off the bench this year and last night's 10 points matched his SEASON HIGH, right? He's been incredibly underwhelming this year in terms of production.
You do know that Crawford is their only real bench guy and does provide valuable offense. He'll also a) shoot you out of games as he shoots under 40% from the field b) loves shooting 3's and takes a ton of them yet he's a 33%
3-point shooter on the season c) plays matador defense (although Doc has really got on him for this of late and he's picked it up slightly).
So for all the positives Crawford gives you, he has many negatives to offset the 26 he had last night (5-7 from three which is an aberration). On the night's he goes 4-11 from 3, you won't love him as much.
Would you like to discuss the other Clippers bench players? If you go look and see who they are, you won't be able to defend them as 'good'. I won't waste more time here doing that.
#3 You made your comment about the Clippers depth (which is awful) in the face of the deepest team in the league, a team that can beat you with it's B team. The bench is the reason why the Spurs won last year. The Spurs are a 13 man rotation and are so good, Pop and rest his Big 3 whenever he feels like it because he has more than adequate replacements. Why credit the Clippers depth, which doesn't exist beyond Crawford's scoring in the face of true depth as reason the bet might hit? It's simply not true.
Worse, you have an idiot in Baronman who you may think legitimizes your analysis. I hope that's not the case.
Finally, you do know that if the Finals MVP doesn't have the worst game of the season, and one of the worst of his career, you likely lose this bet. This last sentence is a coulda/shoulda/woulda, and doesn't relate to your 'analysis' so I don't put much stock in it but I should say it for future reference.

obviously I am doing this for a living so I have to keep it up but I know I will...
the scary part about those great winning %'s is I was betting every primetime game etc.. any tv game is was betting on... now being more selective I can def strive for over 60%
