So before your bet is made, you refer to yourself as a LEGEND...but when your bet loses, you want sympathy? Cant have your cake and eat it too.
The chances of you making it in vegas went from like 30% to about 2% when you made that 5k kings bet. Win or lose it was a wrap from that split second.
Certainly don't want you to lose your money but I don't see any other outcome. Goodluck

Maybe someone here who actually knows college hoops can tell me what the odds of MSU winning by exactly 1 are tonight.
11-1 this guy took. Jeesh.

Is there any game you have not said to be careful about? What game has he picked that you agreed with beforehand?

had to... u seen my losses by a half and one pt.. so many of them.... cant have a situation where I lose half of my remaining savings bc sparty wins by one... I look at it like this... I need a winner so bad, I am basically screwed with a loser, so give myself as much insurance as I can.. the extra $400 risked in vig is worth it in my opinion... I could have took the ML at -130 but that would be foolish bc at least now I can't lose... a push would suck, but at least I get my 4.8K risked back then...
Obviously we have established that you are not a pro. No biggie, not many are. But seriously this mindset and this kind of wager are so close to a complete novice it's not even funny.
Seriously man, your brain is completely unhinged from reality. You're betting scared, and it's a recipe for disaster, even more so than all the other red flags.
I'll be rooting for Sparty with you though (for my own reasons), so I hope you win and get back on track, but as many have said many times, it really doesn't matter if you win or lose, you are going to end up at $0 at some point anyway. Unless you drastically change your approach.
BOL..............

Kaufree- I got like 46K in my 401K I would be ashamed to have to go into that and promised myself I wont
here is my plan... if I LOSE tonight, which I DONT EXPECT
then I gotta somehow grind $100 or so a game with my remaining 5.2K I don't have to pay rent again until June... so just have to try to start winning like $500-$600 a week and grinding and just forget what happened
u know if my sick brain tho that will be near impossible

He did pick his spot, supposedly. What game/line do you NOT consider a coin flip? Maybe that is better than simply saying this game is a coin flip?

This is the problem.
You are accepting terrible odds on that extra 400 bucks you paid for this half point because of desperation. Not that it makes sense, not that it is good value - but you are paying over 2-1 for a 400 dollar wager that it will land on exactly MSU winning by 1. You do realize that you are doing that right?
When you buy a half point, you can think of it like you are making a separate wager that it will matter. In your case, you made a 400 dollar wager that MSU will win by exactly 1 point to win 4,400. You laid 11-1 that MSU will win by exactly a point. What are the true odds of this? I don't know, but not 11-1 - that is an absolutely horrific value bet.
All in the name of desperation.

That was my point. If it was so easy to find non-coin flip games, we would all love that.
