Moving to Vegas to become a full time pro handicapper

Any professional sports gambler who includes parlays as part of his strategy will be handing out porn flyers on the boulevard within 6 months. And why would you have to move to Vegas to turn pro? Makes no sense, kid. Give your head a shake and look for a new job if you don't like the one you have. You can still wager all you want.

I say go for it. Worst thing that can happen is that you can come back to dirty jersey and start slaving to the grind again. What kind of life is it being cooped up in an office every day anyway ? Might as well go for it and keep us updated on every ticket you play !  

Doubt you'll get any NJ/LV out-of-state unemployment unless your boss is cool enough to tell them your job position was eliminated or some other crock of garbage.If you resign on your own,no way.

But good luck out there and also out of NJ.24 years for me next week and never looked back.The community I live in here would demand double the $ in NJ...

Just one thing though,man- You sure when you're betting to pay the rent,utilities,insurance,odds and ends not to mention food and beverage,it's not 'scared money' now as opposed to your previous results? (Paycheck coming in )

I was between jobs for a nice break years ago and tried to crack the monthly budget betting online daily but realized It's not my forte at all...Not saying you can't,but just throwing this out there for you,keep a stash somewhere if you have a stretch of bad beats and have time to find a real job to pay the bills.

Skip bone I haven't parlayed since early in year. I'm not planning on doing any parlays there in football especially. Baseball u can parlay some tho I proven it. I was done a few weeks with a limit by my bookie so I tried bailout parlays. Since baseball ended I went wild and destroyed both bookies. Thanks for the comments good and bad fellas

U should wait another year, double your bankroll then reconsider.  30K is too small of a bankroll.  Also you mention having a larger limit in Vegas but also consider there is potential lose more, much more.  BOL In Whatever you do.

Natty- profited from mlb between 2013 and 2014. Sure u can count 2014 mlb -4.3K season or whatever it was but u neglect my +5.1K 2013 campaign? Also I was betting every afternoon game at mostly $500 a pop bored at work with my bookies.. My discipline would be way better having to hand over my money at the betting window. Just can't wait only a few more weeks. Wish I was starting during football. But I will make it work

Plus with baseball I'll never have luck that bad. I was losing 9/10 games somehow last year where I had the home team in a tie game in bottom of ninth and couldn't score with bases loaded and no outs lmao. I'll surprise u brother u can book that

ur discipline is going to be just as bad after a losing night when you wake up at 9 am itching to make your money back and theres a baseball game on.  Trust me ive been there, if you dont have something else to do to occupy your day other than bet sports you are going to bored as garbage.

Theone324- I been planning this for years. I'm telling u doing this as my profession I won't be betting every game just to make time pass like I did at work. I proved u wrong when u were faulting my large NBA and college hoops plays during playoffs and march madness last year and went on a wild hot run in both which led to my 6K basketball profit. Just stay tuned bro I think u will be surprised... And u know my honesty so Ull know exactly how good or bad I'm doing

I wont knock ya at all, but I just don't understand it. Maybe its the allure of being a "pro" and doing it for a living, but even if you can win 5k a month, you do realize that is only 60k right? Not exactly bad but not a dream either. What about health insurance? Are you the type of guy that is going to want to play BJ or other games sometimes?

Again, I wish you the best, but these ideas scare me. Saved 30k and potentially may blow it. Hope you do well though...you are young so if you are going to do it, its now!

GL man, -1000 you'll quit in 6 months and go back to regular employment but go for it, you're in you're 20's with no responsibilities and its clear you have your heart set on trying this, so go for it.
