So what you're telling me is that you are abig player? Bro u don't even know...i haven't worked a real job in over a year, because this is my job. I know some wise guys in Vegas and I guarantee they're not sitting around in a smokey room discussing the heat in Miami. If there will be a weather factor it would only affect the decision on the total. What are you going to tell me next...if there is going to be rain in the forecast that the teams are going to practice in the sprinklers. Get a fuckin clue, you have no idea what you are talking about. You have 11 posts in this forum and you haven't brought shit to the table. Now yes I've made a few posts myself but they have been sarcastic remarks to nonsense ibformation like you bring junior. You are probably going to place a fifty dollar bet and sit at the edge of your couch bitting your fingernails because your nervous about losing your weekly allowance..now go play with your xbox or go do some real research on this game and come back when you have something interesting or that has validity to say. Stop talking about the damn heat and domes and practice or any of the stupid shit you've already said......how about you give us your pick and just get the hell out of here..

I disagree with you on that my friend. That field was coming up in chucks and provided poor footing for both teams. I don't care what pc bullshit the Saints said, they are a carpet team and if nothing else it took them out of their comfort zone. They got caught in a momentum wave & didn't recover. Colts had no momentum early yesterday & turned it on big time.

I said before the game yesterday that Maroney was going to be a non-factor, he was worn out - he hit the wall.

There isn't a db tandem in this league that can shut down the Colts offense, they have too many options. Addai, Rhodes, Clark, who had 137 yesterday and presents a big matchup problem for the Bears, Moorehead, Wayne & the best wideout in the game in Harrison. Wayne & Harrison are the best route runners in this league, & Manning puts those guys in position to make plays every time with his ability to read a D. For all the success the Saints had this year, they are very young and not playoff tested like the Colts. And trust me, they can run the rock, check the stats. I will say yesterday was the first time I didn't notice any 2nd half letdown by the Bears D in several weeks & I know they will bring their A game.

You are also not looking hard enough at the Colts defense here, they matchup exceptionally well against the Bears. They cause havoc in the backfield, and last I looked this isn't a good thing against Grossman. Get him off his game early & this could turn into a romp. They shut down the run throughout the playoffs against some of the best backs in this league, and the only team to have any success was the Patriots & Tom Brady & that was through the air. On his best day Grossman is no Tom Brady, and that's coming from a Gator fan here. Do you want to be down 14 with the Bears offense against the Colts? That happens & this one's over. And if Grossman insists on only passing downfield against this Tampa 2 D expect a few picks. And as good as Benson & Jones are, they will be a non-factor if the Colts get a decent lead, Lovie will bail on the running game.

Bears have a big edge with Devin Hester, and if the Colts cover kicks like they did yesterday the Bears will enjoy excellent field position just like they did yesterday.

Colts have an edge in coaching. Mentor/student thing + playoff experience. Belichek/Mangini?
This is looking like the best Super Bowl matchup I've seen in a long time. Like I said there's lots of angles to look at here and we have time. Vegas put up a great number here with 7, but no matter who was here AFC/NFC that's the number you were going to get give or take a point. No doubt Colts are public after yesterday and that is a big part of my thinking. I am in a great position to cap this game, I'm on a roll right now and I don't need to play it. I'm sitting on a 7-1 future with the Colts, and I'm trying to take the dog, which is how I cap anyway. Like I said I'm going to celebrate the ass-whoopin I put on my man yeterday for a few days & then get down to business.

irisheyes....... i picked afc over the bears before the outcome of colts/pats game...........

    thanks for your input though.........

bears went over on every win except 2......

    jets 10-0
    packers 26-0

    every loss was in under.................................................................

    using this logic.......

    if bears win then over
    if bears lose then under
    if bears shutout then under...........

well we know colts are not getting shutout............ not with vinitieri........

if the bears get into a shootout and it goes to over... most likely the colts would win that type of game
if the bears run the clock, and shut down the colts............. then you would have to say under...........
so over colts win, or under bears win..........

THIS IS JUST A TREND I FOUND LOL.....

me personally......... i think 48.5 is WAY TOO HIGH...................

i can't see this game going over 31-17......... or being 27-24 either way.......

me personally i think the COLTS are going to win by more than 7.............. but i think the bears are going to play a ball control/field position game....... and run out of time to score.........

i think Indy wins similiar to how they beat THE RAVENS.......... but give one more TD to each side...............

    something like 26-14............. or 27-17

    just my opinion..........

yes I've been to Miami  four times. Spent most of my time in Ft. Lauderdale but some time in Miami. It can be humid but hot in february, I'm not sure. Warm, probably...Anyways shouldn't they call The Miami Heat the Miami Rain since you say it rains all the time? Well at least I finally got your picks and I to like the under at this point. This weeks' avg. high is about 75 degrees in Miami, where I am from that is perfect football weather. Now just stop the weather talk, Fritz Coleman (local weather man for those who live in So. Cal.)

Look; I dont care what ANYONE thinks.  I dont know that much about football, but I know someone that does.  When I hear from him what to bet, BET IT FREAKIN ALL on what he says.  This dog will not have any teeth after today, this is my freind's account.  I will be posting under the name "FOLLOWTHELEADER" with a pick from the most highly respected picker in football (27-4), a man I have dubbed "THE oracle."  Congrats to all who bet the Colts and the Bears last week.  If my friends win over 6500 this week, I am going to build a shrine for THE oracle in my backyard, right next to where the keg is going on the SB day.
