Amanda had so many opportunities to melt down, lose her composure, or fall apart mentally. But she didn't and she never even seemed close to doing so.
Statistically Osaka would have had a better chance if she had hit two first serves. The same is true with Iga. And Haddad Maia. But that strategy would probably be difficult to execute mentally with the huge gasps you'd hear from the crowd once the double faults reached double digits. But theoretically Osaka could have won almost 10% more second serve points if there were no other variables involved.

Osaka had 15 aces and only one DF. I'm surprised that her or her team never thought to at least try going big on a few second serves here and there. Nailing a couple second serve aces (or coming close) could have completely thrown off Amanda's approach on return.
Not gonna complain though. Hopefully nobody from Aryna's team is lurking here lol.

Usually it's a little risky set betting in doubles but much less so in slams with traditional scoring. Plus I think it was much more ballsy to take them 2-0 against KuderMerts as I thought they were the second best team in the field. And as I said before, these gals are playing better than I've ever seen them play together and that's really saying something.

lol. Top heavy better not be nervous and get run over cause sabilanka wants this and she doesn’t usually fall apart unless your playing great and stay that way through the hole match. Even then she beat Jess so it’s gonna be interesting. I of course am riding Amanda.

Draftkings. I seriously doubt you'll find these odds at any other book and they probably won't last much longer on draftkings either.
This has hit in 3 of their 4 meetings this year with the only exception being the debacle in Cincinnati.

nice looking out... caught it at -140 for several units.... crazy the other books are at -250...and if it doesn't hit I will be looking closely at a live bet on whoever is down...

You should be careful to take odds that are too far off from the rest of the market - if it is a palpable error every bookmaker have it written in their rules that they will void those - most of them will only enforce that rule if you win (esp. If they suspect you of having taken advantage of their “mistake”) - so they are basically free rolling you + it does sometimes also help them identifying you as advanced bettor - and flag your account for review (and if you are a long term winner straight ban your account as a consequence) - not saying this bet will - but if it is -140 there and -250 everywhere else - there is a good chance

Draftkings has won a case like that before in the US (but yes it limits the cases where they can use that right - but it is 100% in their terms of usage - because else they would go bankrupt the first time they made a big palpable error)

This is a GS finale - I have 50.000 USD pr click (it resets every 20 sec) betting limit (with my Asian broker) on this match - multiple billions is turned over on it within the illegal Asian market (and they dictate the odds) - no bookmaker would on purpose differentiate so much on this match - I would consider myself lucky if they ended paying you without any consequences to your account
