    Good morning,

Today's header "staying active" means we will begin our preparation for Wimbledon. There is so much available action on Monday that it can be quite overwhelming. Time to work on the scratch pad plays which will help eliminate so many plays. We did not like anything in tennis today therefore was able to get some much-needed rest.  After looking at today's results Keys winning straight forward was not a surprise, what did surprise us is how the Osaka match ended. Would love it if someone could fill me in what happened to the Osaka? Why the lopsided set and why the retirement? This is very important information to know to help assist in next week's preparation.

*Don't worry Diamond heads we will do our best to see if we can hit a few singles while we work on Wimbledon.

The market was just too unstable to mess with this match. Trust me was thinking Osaka too but when the line shot u too the 160' it quickly became a no play. Do not drink the juice no matter how much you like a player. If things do not go your way you have now put your back against the wall for no reason. Simply not a number you want to fool with. peace

Osaka injured her foot pre-match and it got worsened during the match. She took an MTO in S1 to get her foot treated. Her movement was visibly hampered during the match, and knowing Osaka, a retirement was a given.

Looking at both the men and women, we have 64 matches that will be played on Monday barring no rain delays or multiple extended matches. For those that love tennis it is exciting but really tough to remain focused. If you guys have any match you would like to single out to discuss, we are all for it. The purpose of this thread honestly is to collaborate together to help each other make the right move.

A match that has our attention

Arango vs Gasanova 9:30 central time on Monday

Scratch pad play only right now on DK Gasanova +116. Since we have highlighted this match take a little of your time to see what fits best for you. Again, having this many matches can be extremely difficult especially when you are fighting the action bug as well.

A couple of others that are on the scratch pad Pliskova and Alicia yes Alicia let's not even go there. Let's do our best to keep the drama to a minimum it will be fast and furious and none of us have the time to play mind games.

Also, for those looking for Diamonds try to do your best to limit the requests next week. Our focus needs to be on tennis, if we see something worth the risk will mention it but really want our minds to stay in London.

Also, for those looking for Diamonds try to do your best to limit the requests next week. Our focus needs to be on tennis, if we see something worth the risk will mention it but really want our minds to stay in London.

Just put the draws into spreadsheets, just wish there was an easier way to get at least opening lines and odds in there.  It's easy to pull the data for major sports but WTA is constantly changing and there are few good sources so basically doing it manually.  Will be studying all day tomorrow there's a few good matchups that stick out already

Still a lot of work to do on the men's side but players of interest are Safiullin, Mejia, Walton, and Kwon. By no means are we even thinking about playing all of these, may not play a one but you have to lay some groundwork to get yourself moving.

    * An example while we are reading this post Safi Over might be the less risky play here, if we are in belief Safi will give Rublev problems which we do.

During a slam we will have a lot of new posters, and they might even come in here blazing. Do not let that affect you, stay levelheaded and prepare yourself so you do not get yourself in the weeds. A couple of long-term posters we would advise you to at least read on what they have to say are:

Lord Borg, He has been preoccupied with family obligations however odds are very strong he will do everything he can to come in here swinging. His style is different but effective.

Lord Vic, conservative approach limits his plays and will keep you rolling.

Lord B, the best we have but know he carries many pistols. He will fire on more plays in a day than most will in a week. Nothing wrong with that hitting at such a high rate just not our style.

*Do not get your feelings hurt if you are not on the list. These are the three guys that have established themselves in return they have reached Lord status in our eyes.

Commissioner Java well this should be self-explanatory. He has been regulating the tennis thread for years. When we first started, he made every attempt to get rid of us. Lord Borg and Lord Vic had already established themselves, so they were left alone. Lord B no telling how long he had been lurking but luckily after jumping in he decided to jump in with us, and we are thankful for that. Commissioner Java has been so consumed in soccer that we have not been blessed with his presence. Today's Lock he will be back next week monitoring things. We have no ill towards you at all just letting you know our thoughts on this matter.

And no not looking for any supporting posts, we know who supports us. The ones that do not are the concern and would like to be addressed before the tournament starts. Once it starts, we do not need to be going through all of the negativity.

Landman ... Might have to check that out, after sw19 of course.

Quick rundown on some of my team on day 1:

Jackie set to get boat raced by teenage eyes but promises to look dang good doing so

I see that Kessler drew OO (who is actually higher ranked). Sucks cause she's such a massive favorite. But bakery set 1 is in play and I will certainly be playing it (Cart + u7.5 or 8.5 depending on odds) an_police

Siniakova at -147 over Zheng now but I could see those odds shifting even more in Kat's favor. Kat 3-1 h2h but 3-0 on grass (6-1 sets). On paper this SHOULD be very clean 2-0 victory. But we all know what could happen. Still don't see her losing even if she blows the first set or something. Haven't seen the doubles draw yet but my prediction would be they drop a set in either round 1 or round 2 while looking hopeless and the rest of the way is straight sets through the title.

Draftkings has a prop I know you'll love:

Any American Woman to reach the final (-310)

Seriously? So you're what, taking Pegula to reach the final at -310? Definitely not Coco on grass. Maybe Iva but huge stretch. And I guess AA did last year but don't see that happening again with current form. Sadly you can't bet the other side of this lol. Just trying to take advantage of our patriotism while they're already taking insane money on US world cup.
