On Shelton as well, but just bit worried it’s played on Rod Lavar Arena, Bublik said it’s been the slowest hard court he played at since Indian Wells.

we also saw Fritz struggle on the same court, it’s also played late at night (still quite warm) outside.

Shelton did play in the same court in his first match 3-0 against Humbert where he had an avg 197km first serve vs 205km on the court he played his last match.

still think Shelton will win here, Ruud only reached the 2nd run here last year so I’m turns of points and prize money 2026 already looking really good and I think his happy going this far.

He’s wife could have their first baby any day now, I’m sure he don’t want to miss that and the trip back to Norway is quite far, he said once his out if will be on the first flight and hopefully not miss it.
