The thing that makes this strategy strong is its lack of long losing streaks. I know people in poker for example that have won 25 times plus in a row. Only to then lose over 10 times in a row.
Watch if you ever see me get anywhere near double figures in losing streaks. My longest losing streak so far in over six years and 8023 bets has been 6 matches. I've had 23 winning streaks over 6 matches over that period. Patience is the key here, if you don't have it forget it.

I use two staking levels. If I win three in a row I immediately lower to level two. As three wins in a row is the most common winning streak. By doing this when the inevitable loss occurs, my loss is MINUMAL.
By doing this I've saved giving back a lot of profit over the years. MONEY MANAGEMENT is everything in gambling.

It's been a terrible U.S open for me and the zone. On a whole I don't do as well in the slams as I do betting the smaller tournaments like the masters and challenger, ITF events. That said this weekend was the worst it's ever been. With all four of my picks losing. But as I've said before the strength of the zone, is the rarity of losing streaks beyond 4 in a row. If you told someone playing say blackjack, that they could expect to lose more than four times in a row maybe twice in every 1000 bets. I think there would be some worried casinos.

Hi Sparty, martingale ONLY has merit if the bet selection is strong/reliable. Would I use a martingale to play roulette, blackjack or horse racing? Absolutely not.
When you place over 8000 bets and only see a handful of losing streaks even make it to five. You know you have something.
Ever heard of multiple accounts or betting shops? When I lay a bet if its in three figures I will spread it across several accounts. Make sure I never win twice at the same betting shop. Here in the UK we have thousands of HIGHSTREET bookmakers. If you are smart, you can win tens of thousands without anyone ever realising it.
