Wow what a nasty collapse from that poor German gal. I had no dog in the fight but that was difficult to watch.

She's serving for the match at 5-4 & 30-15 and she hits an error and immediately looks up to her team in complete panic and disgust. I immediately felt like she was cooked just by her body language but I'm thinking girl pull yourself together you are still only two points from the finish line.

But nope, that was basically match point for her. She doesn't win a single point the rest of the way. 11 straight points for Bondar. In a normal situation the odds of 11 straight ~50/50 points are astronomical. There's even a sit-down in the middle of that to offer some time to regroup but that was no help either. Crazy
