Did the error occur after the splash screen that says Covers Mobile and then gives you some text about Covers Mobile or did you get an error right away without seeing any logo or text?
Thank you, Mr_C
Hey Brent Musburger,
Could we get a few more details please?

I first see the splash screen. My phone asks me if I want to allow the program to connect to the Internet and then another menu pops up for maybe a second before the error message pops up.
The phone is a Sony Ericsson K800i.

Hey Brent Musburger,
You may not have permissions set on your phone to access the internet through java: Please try this
# click
Menu # click
Settings # click
right four times to get to Connectivity # scroll
down and click on Data Comm # click on
Data
Accounts # click New
account # choose GPRS/PS/Packet
Data (depending on handset) # give your account a
name you will remember # click on APN # type the one
your provider has given you for web/email access. If you don't know it, a lot of
UK ones are listed here and you'll
find the rest of the world here or here # click save # edit username, enter GPRS
username (see links above) # edit password, enter GPRS
password (see links above) # back out to Data Comm # scroll
down to Streaming Settings #
click select and make sure it is set to the account you just created # back
out to Data
Comm again # scroll down to Settings for
Java (sometimes located under Internet
Settings) # click select and make sure it is set
to the account you just created (on some phones you may have to add a
New
Profile and set it to Connect
Using the account you just created)
Or if that solution doesn't work try these steps and have erricson beam the settings to your phone.
Please tell us if one of those solutions works for you.
Cheers, Mr_C

What type of phone are you using? Are you getting to the splash screen that has the details about Covers Mobile? How long have you been using the application?
Thank you, Mr_C
Hey Ingwca,
We have not seen any issues from our end.
Could we get a few more details from you please?

I just downloaded Covers mobile (pretty sweet by the way), but I don't know how to access the 2nd page on a thread or in the forums. How would I get to the next page?
A lot of the threads I'm looking at don't fit on one page on my phone, and I'm not exactly sure how to continue reading the thread once I get to the bottom post on the screen.

Hey, any update on how you'll be pricing this program and when it's going to be released?
Hey CiscoKid1,
We are hoping to have a full release of this program in the next month or two. Price is in discussion. If a company sponsored the product it could continue to be free or we may have to charge a minimal monthly or annual fee.
Thanks, Mr_C
