Spot-playing on a chase system is a great way to lose the roll. You might as well just give me the money. I'll take it. 
It is better to use labby method but everyone seems to have a variation of how they do their MM. Some double up and then labby the C game. Look elsewhere in the thread for someone's comments about the number of units lost per series loss on the martingale. I personally use a modified labby method the entire way and disribute the A and B losses and add those to the last number in each labby row. On a C loss, instead of adding the losses to the last number, I add another entry in each row. So I treat it like a normal modified labby, but only when the C games lose.
Still stuck on 151 wins. Rolling over two series, as both lost last night and adding a new series.

You are right... the problem with LABBY lines are... say you have 2 pending chases @ the B/C levels but start a new A chase you are starting at a much higher starting unit.. So if you take a loss on the new chase the old chases compound the size of the loss.
Long term though you should be ok...! I don't use it, but its better than martingaling thats for sure.
