Hey Prof, wanted to give you a quick update on how I'm doing with the Labouchere. Through 9 games played, up 4.6 units ($100 units). Largest bet I have made was $150 and total put at risk is $920. Have cleared two lines so far and started the third today with increase to $110 (if you are familar with the system you raise your bets 10% each time you clear two lines). So far I think pretty good risk/reward ratio....

The object with the Labouchere is to clear lines and for each line cleared, you would then increase your bet by 10%. So if you were a $100 bettor, the first line would look like this:
50-50-50-50 You would bet the combined amount of the first number in the sequence and the last number of the sequence, so in this case that would be $100. Lets say you lost the first bet. Your line would then go to:
50-50-50-50-100 Next bet would then be first and last numbers so it would be $150. Now lets say you win that bet, you then strike the first and last numbers to make the line:
50-50-50 Again next bet would be first and last or $100. Win that and the line goes to:
50 So your last be would be $50 or you could pass on that bet and start a new line. New line would be +10% so it would look like:
55-55-55-55 and you bet the same sequence.
