DJ, you're at the 4 month mark now for this thread, with some major ups and downs. I was just wondering what your thoughts are for how the past 4 months have gone, and how you see the immediate future?

Seems to be a lot of treading water at this point, much like my own thread for the past 6 weeks where I take 2 steps forward - then 3 steps back.

Thoughts (words of wisdom)?

i have it at 4-1 on game 1's since the break with Montreal being a game 2 tonight, and Nashville being a game 1 tonight provided they both stay over -145

dallas wasn't a play the other day. the line dropped consistently through the day.

I personally flat bet each game for 1 unit because of the overall record long term. So if there is a game 1 loss I am not recouping my loss on game 2. I think the overall win loss record is over 70%. Enough to bank around 40 units per year.

FEBRUARY 10
CANADIENS -200 LOSE

FEBRUARY 6
CAPITALS -155 WIN

FEB 4
CANUCKS -150 WIN

one thing I dont understand about the system is whether or not you play game 2 and 3 even if the line is below -145 (off a first game loss of course)

I'm assuming you chase regarless of what the line is the next few games??

montreal is a play anyways cause its a game 2 of the chase..

game 1 lost at -200.

as stated above, I dont think the lines latter on the second and third game..

yes, the system was based on the game 1 closing line of -145 or better at covers

no play for the 14th and its looking like the 15th wont have a play either..

Hey guys, sorry I have been absent as far as posting plays.  It has become nearly impossible with my work schedule.

Either way, I ran some of the numbers which are very similar to what trakker came up with.

Overall Series Record 41-1

Game 1 : 28-14, 67%

Game 2 : 8-6, 57%

Game 3 : 5-1, 83%

Losses: 1

Winning series that covered ML but not PL = 2

Everyone should be doing well using an aggressive labby with this.  I would also recommend checking out the NBA halves thread which is doing very well using a 3 line aggressive labby also (with low juice!)

i wonder what the record is for a team playing a game 1 off a game 1 system loss the last time they started the chase. in other words, whats the chances they lose both game 1's

I cant imagine this happens to often but the record must be good.

if you have patience then you most certainly can make money.

take a look at the Bruins off 3 losses in a row playing tomorw. Have not lost 4 in a row all year. Good spot to start a chase.

I will do my best!  My work life is very unpredictable.  Hopefully we will get a core group of posters that understand the system and how to keep the lines that can step in and post if I am unable to do so.

i cant wrap my head around this agressive labby thingy..

sabres lost around -165 the other night, so do you bet to win that 165 back as well as 100 for the overall prophet of 100? (based on if you are betting 100 per game)
