NHL Excel Spreadsheet - Systems & Tools

I haven't seen any spreadsheets that can be used as a tool for tracking and identifying plays for built systems for a while so I thought I would share.  The attached link can be used to help build your own theories and trials with a little excel knowledge.....usually trial and error and some googling on excel formula's. This sheet can be built to identify and track most of the systems posted here, either theoried or proven. I find it a good tool to just update, track and modify filters with the data it pulls.

The 2 systems built into this sheet have been discussed prior and is what i have decided to play and follow this season with my own discretion filters.  NO backtesting done on these 2 systems but followed sporatically over the years showing profit. As you will see I have already had to sweat a "D" game chase with potenially losing 16 units....Thank you WASH last night.

The spreadsheet is modified from all the others posted here historically so thanks to all the previous posters who have shared thier excel work.

The rules of the 2 systems built into this spreadsheet can be found at the bottom of the "Summary" tab.  Early in the season, I use this tool to help identify situations before making my investment.  For example on Oct 18 it identified Columbus/Ottawa as a road play, chasing a play on Columbus for thier 4 game road trip to win one.  It only displayed the Jackets as a play since 4 games in they were over a win% of 0.450. A simple handicap of thier 4 game road trip had them playing OTT, SJ, ANH & LA, a pretty simple decision to change it from a road play to a road fade, thinking that the Jackets would lose one of those games.

That being said usually after Nov 1st once things play out defining the bad and good teams for the year, I play the system as laid out.  The RPI Dog has shown some success so far going 7-1 so far, being up +7.12 units

Thanks CovCap, System was rolling until the Flames decided to blow goats for thier 4 game road trip.  Probably a bit of a homer bet for me but in the grand scheme was a cheap 4 game chase loss.  I am not sure how I may help, only thing i can think of is if a formula from column "F" was over written some how.  If you do not have this formula in F7 somthing may have been erased:

I updated the link with up to date record.  Maybe try to download the sheet again and see if the problem still ocurrs.

Again I'd just like to say how amazing I think your work is here.

I cannot even begin to fathom on how an excel spreadsheet can do so much, but then again I don't know much about computing.

This baseball season I will be playing the magna carter system as shared by bDnews but on a labby line, with beefmans filters.

I think played this way should be a fruitful system, was wondering if you were going to build anything similar to this for the MLB season?

good stuff jj, glad to see you didn't blow the bankroll.

The icy road system you have in there has been amazgin, im playing on a labby, but since the new year it been smooooth sailing for that.

In regards to the top fav labby, my tactics for this was to clear 10 lines then pack it up for the season, I feel 10 units is pretty good for this, and this was made fairly easily early on.
