NFL Betting System Week 15

SPEC--I'd be VERY careful with AZ pick:

1) NE needs win, Cards don't

2) TimeZone difference has been a killer this year

3) Warm weather team going into a weekend ice-bowl, no change in site

4) Belichek is 14-2 ATS lifetime vs. NFC West

I don't have any real stats to go with what i am saying, but I would watch out for Atlanta as well. They need this win in a big way. Plus Abraham is most likely pissed for being snubed in the Pro bowl with 16 sacks. I would look for him to have a big game. Jackson is not good under presure and if they have to run only then it will be a long day. Peterson is great but nobody can beat the Falcons only by running. Again I have no real stats to back this up. Just my oppinion.

I think the Patriots win this game for sure but not by more than -8.5.  There are 8 road dogs this week and since week 8 on average 6 road dogs cover the spread.  I have a feeling it's going to be a split this week and they'll go 4-4, just a hunch.  I have a very hard time picking Buffalo as a road dog against Denver because...well...JP Lossman end of.  Baltimore might be another one that comes through against the spread but Dallas has been looking a lot better lately and I didn't want to touch that game either.  I think Chicago will cover the monday nighter but the whole thing with them struggling against Green Bay almost all the time deters me from betting that game as well.  The Giants are at home but they haven't been looking like the Giants that we have all made money on all season long and it all rests on the Giants D this week to come up big and these guys find ways to win in tough situations. 

 

So that's how I narrowed it down to those picks this week and I really do appreciate the feedback.  I can't take credit for the system I'm using because as I said I found it on a website but I did put a fair bit of time and effort into the statistics associated with it and I don't mind sharing the results at all because we're all here to help each other win!

I'm definitely going to take advice this week after going 2-2 this past week.  I ended up playing a 3 team parlay with CIN, SD, ARZ and lost on ARZ of course.  I haven't looked ahead to week 17 yet but I will take into account the games that you mentioned Buc.  I'll probably start my own thread this week though.  1 More thing to add...road dogs won 5 games against the spread this week so far with one more to go to keep the average at 6 per week since week 8.  We'll see what happens tongiht with GB.  I predicted 4-4 week 16 out of the 8 dogs.

Tough week ahead with a lot of teams not caring, resting players, crazy weather.  Normally a decent dog week for teams that care, or in revenge against a div. rival. Think Phil and Jets really worth a look this week..
