Thanks SN.  Great to see you again. Really appreciate the MLB lessons you gave this season. Things are good here.  First weeks of NFL season are a lot of work.  I'm pretty much buried in data. lol

NFL Handicapping Ideology
 
To approach any sports wager, a capper must fully understand the true concept of the sport he/she is handicapping. The NFL is no exception to this rule..You can't handicapp what you don't understand..Adjustments are made aprx every 4minutes in the duration of any given "game plan" the offensive, and defensive 'sets' not only have to be studied, they have to be disected in preparation for up-coming games.
Many cappers who enjoy the NFL from a fan perspective, have no idea what's actually taking place on the field internally, which limits their ability to handicapp the NFL successfully.
read, study, and adopt yourself to the complete knowledge, and understanding of the NFL; how it works, and the complete formulated concept of handicapping procedure's that are attached to success....SN

Any insight into the formula(s) you use for NFL? I tried using an excel spreadsheet with predetermined formulas for the MLB one but couldnt quite figure it out...Also do you bet hockey?

Looking forward to learning....really high on the performance of my home team, Green Bay Packers....think they have chance for Super Bowl this year but understand that hadicapping them should be left to experts like yourself....curious as to how long they will be under the radar or maybe already exposed and lost value as a play....listening and hopefully learning...JJ

THX rookie, I am using Matchup_Performance for the NFL..The connected insight/concept is "film"....

Yes, I handicapp the NHL,NBA,MLB, and Euro Futbol(soccer)

The Pack are rejuvenated, and are a far cry of losing value from a capping perspective. they will only gain momentum as the season progresses..although they have 'holes' to fill, they also have potential Pro Bowlers to fill them, coinciding with a very good draft. The strength GB provides traditionally for the capper, is "Home Field" advantage. they are number 2 in HOME wins over the past 8 seasons.......
