I've been following this...good job...looks like it is working as Jazz haven't lost more then 2 straight and Bulls haven't lost 2 in a row yet...I'm thinking of giving the Labby system a try....

I have a good feeling about this method. Especially since the Jazz kinda started off poor ATS and still look like they will clear a line before the projected 17 games. I'm only a little concerned with Syracuse because realistically they should be killing these scrub teams, and since they haven't lost I don't think the lines makers will hold it against  them.

Yea I'm thinking the same with Syracuse. If I do this I'll prob. just stick to one or two teams myself. Also, I'll prob. just wait for conference play to start in college. As for tonight, get that clear, GO JAZZ GO!

Love the thread and congrats on clearing the jazz!....are you going to start a new labby for another team now? If so are you going to pick one at random, or pick one based on thier performance ATS ytd?...although its early so the information would be limited.

Hopefully the Bulls and Ohio State clear tonight, and we can have 3 new teams tomorrow. I'm actually considering a Fade-Lakers line, since the are 13-2 SU 9-6 ATS looking unstoppable and have a 7 game road trip coming up next week. I'm going to deciede on the Jazz replacement by tonight, I just want to look some numbers over, then i'll post it with a lil writeup with it.

I think Cuse will pull it out for us, but its not going to be as easy as the Jazz, Bulls and Buckeyes are/were.

Memphis Grizzlies will be the new team.Somewhat at random. I picked them to replace the Jazz because they are hitting at 50% ATS (7-7-1). They are only 6-9 straight up so they aren't a huge public favorite, which was my biggest deterrent. At 6-9 they can expected to be dogs most games, so far dogs are 141-91-8 ATS (60.78%), and have 10 of the next 17 on the road. Away teams are currently 125-107-8 ATS (53.88%). So lets roll with Memphis, they have a game on ESPN tonight vs the Warriors.

Congratulations on clearing your Jazz line.

I liked this thread so much that when I first saw it about 2 weeks ago I said "I'll run my own little experiment" and took 3 teams from near the top of the ATS W/L rankings to start, those teams being NO, Detroit, and Golden St.  Since then Detroit has done well, NO has pretty much sucked, and Golden State has totally, really, truly sucked, not winning 1 game ATS, until last night, when they beat... the Grizzlies.  Sorry about that.  But good luck to us both and thanks for keeping the thread up to date.

Bobcats as you can see above, are the Bulls replacement, for many of the same reasons I like the Grizzlies. Around 50%, going to be a dog most nights, talented team but still flying under the radar.

Thats funny about GS/Memphis, glad you got a win on it at least.
That's what I like about this method, you can have a slow start and still win over time. If you look back, Bulls and Jazz started off 0-3 collectively to start. Great call on Detroit. Best of luck to you bud, thanks for the support.

I think that could work as well. The only thing, is that the high profile teams kinda scare me off, just because typically the media darlings go through slumps. But yeah I cant see them covering 60% or higher for an extended period of time.

Is it possible to use this labby with bottom 2-3 teams ATS?

Im doing something similar in nhl with the 5 worst road teams

It really should work for any team, I mean, we just need the team we pick to cover close to 40% usually over a 17 game span, if you are looking to clear 10 numbers in your line. Some teams finish lower than 30% for the season but can still clear for you if you are on them at the right time for a small run of success ATS.
