How is the jm system performing in the NHL....is Nashville a play or are there filters that need to be considered?

Not sure if JM made modifications to the system himself, but his original system has two concrete losses. Columbus and Anaheim. Alot of guys on here, myself included, have a filter weeding out teams with poor road records. So Columbus and Anaheim both would have been no plays. Thus, if you use that filter, you should have no losses on the season.

Can somebody re-post what filter prevented the CLB and ANA losses.

Excluding the TB debacle on 1/8/10, it appears this system is 84-0 on the A and B games and 6-2 (2 pending) on C games.

Does this sound right?

Looks like a small parlay on OTT and DAL and live to fight another day.

Sorry guys, I've been going through this thread but I don't see what exactly makes this system different than Morrisson's.  Is it just because the different conference filter isn't used for this system?

Following McBain's bottom 5 fitler (don't chase with the bottome 5 rd tm's) - let's expand on that
My take is to not play the bottom 10 or so road teams

........... But what about the action

.......... Using the same parameters in this thread supplement the lost action with playing the top 10 or whatever teams with home records on at least a 3 game home stand

Just throwing it out there as an opinion
Somewhat similar to what smitler is doing in his thread
I would use some filters
Look ahead and don't play conflicting rd and hm teams against one another
Look at the past 7 to 10 games and or the past 3 to 7 home games to filter out a team that could be slumping
Hey.......... It happens when you least expect, this is gambling
There will be hight juice involved here too so that's why I would recommend similar and maybe some more filters to what McBain has provided

i left the leafs game alone. I am really pickin and choosing with this system at this point, and it is paying off. I have missed all the C losses and plenty of B's too.

 

What filter are you using? I was avoiding teams with a losing road record. So stayed away from Ottawa and played Dallas this past week. Dallas was my first C loss!
