Modified Morrison NHL System

When you guys are testing these systems over previous data is there any easy way to do it, or are you importing it all into excel and running each query manually?

I'm going to start a sheet of games for this.  Just a few questions.... We are playing only the first 2 games of a 3 game road trip, correct? And what if the trip consists of 4,5, 6 or more games, should these trips be added as well?

I do it manually, real pain in the arse... Printed out each teams entire year results and do it team by team.

Hey KONG, glad to see you with this system. I just added you as a friend, would like to talk to you offline about the filters for this. My buddy and I have been using this method in baseball this year, currently 82-1. We also came up with one for the NBA where we have backtested 5 years resulting in a minimum of 60 units each year with the labouchere. Also it's a small world, my buddy who got me into this knows the guy that started Platinum Sports Investing.

SLC5610 I've added you as a friend.. hoping you can share the MLB findings with me... I'm in the $hit as I've been betting without a money management system... and guess what.. lost about £5,000 this year... Took a break and now found this site and understanding it's all about using right money managment...

Is there an easy way to download the results into excel.  Historical odds on the game would be a bonus as well.

I am really looking forward to this thread once the season starts.

hey slc is the mlb system a 3 game chase? n u said its the same as the nhl system right?

hey kong I just like to know you said earlier you plan on using the accelerated method on the labourche line.  are you planning on splitting your bets if A bet looses or are you keeping bet A and bet B on the same line.

kong stated in a earlier post that the win percentage for road games with 3 or more games on the road between 89% and 91% for the last four years.  with the labaurche line it doesn't look like there has too be any filters added.
 
I did further research by going over road games where the nhl plays 2 games on the road. without filters thers only 85% win rate.
adding filters to the road games where only 2 games are played on the road adds 60 to 80 more games a year and brings the percentage to  89% to 94%  wins. 
filters that worked out for all 4 years for the games where only 2 games were played are play on teams only if the team won there last game at home  then go on the road for 2 games.  I'm going back to check the # of A to B wins to see if the laubaurche line is also worth playing for teams that go on the road and play 2 games.  martingale might be better option for this.

this is what I came up with for teams playing 2 games on the road. all games to be played at +1 1/2 line.

play road teams only if they won thier last home game.

these teams are strong enough too also play on the labuerche line out lined at psic  https://platinumsportsinvesting.com/labourchere.aspx

results for teams going on the road 2 games

2008-2009  55A bets  23 B bets  7  losses

2007-2008  43 a bets  18 B  bets  4 losses

2006-2007  50 A  bets  9 B bets  7 losses

2005-2006   57 A bets  10  B  bets  4  losses

It's going to be intresting to see if kongkiller can come up with filters for teams playing 3 games or more on the road.

JV if your talking about Kong I believe its based off our boy JM and his NBA chase sys

On the other hand for this it does look good
Me, personally I would still look for more or stronger filters that would help

thx montana as I get into cappimg more I really enjoy it and it's so worth it when something works out.

I think the 2 games chase for hockey when nhl plays 3 or more on the road. playing the 1 1/2 line I personally wouldn't add filters.

between what kong came up with in the beginning of this thread and what I came up with I'm definitly plan on betting both this year.  I might even post both. or at at the vwer least post mine.
