anyone else thinking of taking detroit in the series chase? 

i know its not much but detroits been swept vs tampa twice since 2008. both times where away.. never swept at home. and I also like the positioning here for either team to win at least one.. last season they won 6 of 7 games and swept tampa at hom but. im just a little on edge because i expected the line to be bigger for detroit 

I agree craig. I didnt realize tex/sea was a 4 gm series. Also, hou pitcher has absolutley been shelled when he started a game last yr. Hes gd in relief roll. Just not starting. I took ATL today. I think I will lay off TB/DET. Those will be tuff games.

Sorry, I took so long to respond today. I had some servers go down last night and was up alnight getting them back online.

I took Detroit today, just felt the bats were better. I'm looking for another pick for later. I agree with B2W that SD sucks, so AZ is a good bet.

irage and B2W, what % of ones bankroll do you recommend for each chase series?

And do you guys increase that number as your BR increases during the season?

Until the RPI comes out, I would not bet more than 10%. This year I am playing 1000.00 per chase, of course that means .....

A Game = 1000.00

B Game = 2000.00

C Game = 3000.00

The hard part with this style of betting is finding books that will take 2000.00 let alone a 3000.00 ML bet. So I have to use multiple books to make it happen.

Of course losing a C bet means that I would be losing 6000.00, thats a big chunk of cash.

Irage - I am doing the same thing you are but just $100 instead of $1000.  I plan on ramping it up to $250 a game when RPI starts, but just feeling it out.  We are doing well so far, so hope we can keep it up and keep sharing great info!

everybody on this thread is a freakin genius! i think all the plays mentioned for today hit. 

cleaned up nice with LAD, ARI, KC, and TEX... i guess tomorrow is just "B" series with philly?
