Correct me if i'm wrong, but do you make a play official if 3 of the 4 rules are met?

Looking at Monday's Game, none of the teams combined have a win percentage over .1050 combined.

However, you posted 2 plays for Monday... Didn't check all of the rules for Monday's game.

    Thanks!

    OK........These Rules aren't completely clear?

    How do I calculate Rules 3 & 4 ?
I'm assuming Rule 3(RA) is "Runs Allowed", the teams need to have .820 or more together as teams.  How is this percentage calculated????
I'm also assuming Rule 4(RS) is "Runs Scored", he teams need to have .900 or more together as teams.  How is this percentage calculated????

If anyone here understands the Rules above and how they're calculated, could you explain it?

    @ Gilmar406

I noticed that the "rules" have changed for selecting which teams to play. How are you determining when, and how much, to increase the RA and RS?

Are they being increased within a certain time period, or some other factor?

    Thanks

So.......No one can help explain this to me??? Does everyone understand these last two rules?  How are the percentages calculated?  I have gone back in the thread but it is still difficult to understand.........

Gilmar can correct if I'm wrong.  I just go by if the teams average more than 9 runs/game combined or 8 runs/game given up.

I don't understand how some of the plays are made.  The 3 out of 4 rules applied and such.  Some of the games didn't even have 3 out of the 4.  Another game had a pitcher with under 4.00 era so it was automatically not a play.  Now today Rich Harden has a career era under 4.00 but it is a play.  Also, the Astros/D-backs is a game 2 in which the game 1 of series went over.  I understood it that Gilmar doesn't play those.

I'm still very uncertain how each play is made everyday, but it can't be argued with Gilmar's results thus far posting with it.

Anyone following these plays have to blindly tail them and that is all that is too it.  You can't come up with the plays following the criteria Gilmar has given to create the plays.

    An example for today:

Houston/Arizona doesn't have a win percentage anywhere near 1050 together, they don't average over 9 runs/game together, and 1 of the pitchers doesn't have a career ERA over 4.40.

The only Rule of the 4 Rules in the system I understand is Rule 2, which is, "2.Both teams need to have PCT .1050 Or more together as teams.", This, I ASSUME is Win PCT..........

Gilmar, says to read the rules carefully, but they are unclear even if you read them carefully.  I am not trying to be negative or a hater, I AM JUST TRYING TO UNDERSTAND THIS SYSTEM.

All the other Rules are way UNCLEAR to me, Rule 1, which is,
1.Pitchers must have a 4.40 Era or more in his career and 8.80 Era or more together............Confused as to whether you calculate season or career. He says to read the rules carefully but he says both Career and Season, and contradicts throughout the thread.

Another confusing Rule is Rule 3, which is,
"3.Both teams need to have RA .820 or more together as teams." , How does one calculate a percentage from a Runs Allowed Stat?????, Can ANYONE, Gilmar?, explain to me how you would calculate a percentage from a Runs Allowed Stat?

And yet the third confusing rule of the 4 Rules is the last Rule, Rule 4, which is, "
4.Both teams need to have RS .900 Or more together as teams.", This rule is confusing for the same reason Rule 3 is confusing, How does one calculate a Percentage from Runs Scored? Again, Can ANYONE, Gilmar?, explain to me how you would calculate a percentage from a Runs Scored Stat?

Again, I am not trying to bring negativity to this thread, I am just trying to understand the system.  Gilmar's record speaks for itself.......Kudos to you Gilmar!!!

Again, I'm pretty sure he means must have 9 runs per/game or more both teams combined = .900 and 8.2 runs per/game against for both teams combined =.820.  Otherwise I have no clue.

There are 2 things for certain with this thread.

    1.  It has been a winner (thus far)

    2. The criteria making the plays IS CONTRADICTING.

good point...Arizona is the only team well over .500 and Toronto just 2 games over .500.

all the rest are losing teams
